Testimonials
"The dark and moody character of String Audio’s sample content is right down my alley, and with LIGHTless we now have the added tweak-ability of the Omnisphere engine. Definitely recommended!"
CHARLES CLOUSER
Composer of the SAW films and former keyboardist of NINE INCH NAILS

"LIGHTless is another hugely usable and inspiring library from String Audio. As ever, operating inside the powerful Omnisphere 2 library, there are lots of things you can do to the source material, but you'll be happy if you just load it up and play! I can see this getting used and abused in my upcoming projects."
DAVID BUCKLEY
Award-winning composer (Jason Bourne, Call Of Duty, Wonder Woman, Shrek)
ALL patches and multis contained in LIGHTless have been created using the brand new original sample content produced and recorded by String Audio exclusively for Omnisphere 2. All incredible power offered by the STEAM engine, including its synthesis capabilities, Orb engine, and modulation options has been implemented to create state-of-the-art patches and multis.
The sound range is extremely wide, ranging from dark deep, and distorted drones and textures to delicate and evocative pads and keys, with also a vast array of pulses and percussive patches, and multis.
LIGHTless is a must-have library for a modern film, game, and TV composers that want to bring to a new level their musical and sound design projects.

"Dark Matter is the perfect tool to add darkness to your cues"
"I used STRING AUDIO libraries quite a bit on the score for Jigsaw. It only took me a couple of minutes to find some unusual sounds that inspired me to take some of the cues in a new direction.
This is really good stuff!"
