If you need to re-download one of your purchases (for example, due to a loss of data), we will provide you with a new link. Please contact us using the same email address used for the purchase and specify the library you need to re-download or send us detailed info, like the order number, the date of the purchase, and if possible, a copy of the receipt of the original purchase.
